LUXONA DISABILITY HELPLINE SUPPORT INC. exists so no person with disability or caregiver has to face care decisions alone.

We provide confidential emotional support, practical daily living guidance, and direct community referrals that help people take the next clear step. Our team is grounded in accessibility, dignity, and plain-language communication so support is understandable and usable in real life.

Based in Manila, our purpose is simple: reduce confusion, reduce isolation, and connect individuals and families with trusted services, rights information, and nonprofit programs that strengthen long-term well-being.

Executive Director

Maria Teresa leads organization-wide strategy, service quality, and partnership alignment, with a focus on confidential support pathways that are clear and respectful for every caller and family.

Director for Accessibility Rights & Policy

Ramon oversees rights education and policy guidance, helping translate accessibility laws into practical, understandable information for persons with disabilities, caregivers, and community stakeholders.

Eleanor S. Navarro, RN

Director for Helpline & Caregiver Support

Eleanor supervises helpline operations and caregiver guidance standards so responses remain timely, emotionally safe, and centered on practical daily living needs.

Jerome P. Castillo

Director for Community Partnerships & Referrals

Jerome coordinates referral networks with hospitals, local organizations, and civic offices to connect callers with verified services and follow-through support in their communities.
